Your Tasks
The Learning & Training Specialist is responsible for administering, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving all learning and training activities across Corporate and Manufacturing Plant functions in Indonesia.
The role serves as the country Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Learning & Development, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements, including BPOM, Halal Assurance Systems, Disney/Customer Social Compliance requirements, ISO standards, GMP, and other applicable regulations.
The incumbent manages end-to-end training processes, maintains accurate training documentation and databases, supports audits and inspections, provides learning analytics and reporting, and contributes to strategic capability-building projects including Skill Matrix development, competency assessments, workforce capability mapping, and learning system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Plan Execution & Coordination
Activities:
• Execute annual training plans for Corporate and Plant employees.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, trainers, and participant communications.
• Monitor completion of mandatory, compliance, technical, and behavioral training programs.
• Support onboarding and induction training programs for new employees.
2. Training Compliance & Documentation Management
Activities:
• Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Manage hardcopy and electronic training files, databases, and training trackers.
• Ensure training documentation is complete, accurate, traceable, and retained according to established standards.
• Monitor compliance with training requirements related to BPOM, Halal, GMP, ISO, Disney, and customer standards.
3. Learning Data Management & Reporting
Activities:
• Maintain training databases, learning records, and competency data.
• Prepare periodic training reports, dashboards, and compliance updates.
• Analyze training completion, effectiveness, and capability metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
4. Audit & Regulatory Support
Activities:
• Act as Indonesia SME for all training-related matters during internal and external audits.
• Prepare, present, and provide training documentation requested by auditors and regulators.
• Support investigation, corrective actions, and closure of audit findings related to training.
• Ensure continuous audit readiness of training systems and records.
5. Capability Development & Learning Projects
Activities:
• Support development and maintenance of competency frameworks and Skill Matrix assessments.
• Coordinate competency evaluation and workforce capability mapping activities.
• Contribute to learning and development projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to identify capability development needs.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, HR Operations, or Training Compliance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or plant operations and regulatory audits.
• Experience managing training systems, documentation control, and competency management processes.
