Head of Channel

A Day in the Life Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will spearhead commercial growth for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty channels and accounts in Indonesia by driving end-to-end account management and negotiating strategic joint business plans. We Are Looking For • Commercial Expertise : Highly seasoned with at least 7 years of working experience in commercial strategy and execution, including a strong background in key account management. Experience handling pharmacy or modern trade health & beauty channels is highly beneficial. Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience leading people (people manager), successfully coaching teams to drive commercial performance and achieve strategic goals • Analytical Decision-Making : Highly analytical, with a proven ability to interpret complex sales data and transform insights into strategic business decisions. • Agility : An agile leader who thrives and adapts quickly in a rapidly evolving business landscape. • Stakeholder Relations : Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Language Fluency : Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to lead operations and present strategies at all levels.
